The rates
How every price is worked out.
Miles are one-way from your postcode. A large box or awkward item counts as a bag.

| Cruise luggage | £12 a case, £30 minimum, within 15 miles of the terminal. Further out: £20 callout + £1.20 a mile. |
| Airport luggage | Southampton Airport £12 a bag, £30 minimum. Bournemouth £25 callout + £1.90 a mile. Heathrow £245 / Gatwick £265 fixed, up to 6 bags, +£5 a bag after. |
| Student move-in | £35 flat anywhere in Southampton (SO14–SO19), one van-load, I help carry. From outside the city: +£1.20 a mile. |
| Luggage / parcel | £12 a bag, £30 minimum, within 15 miles. Further out: £20 callout + £1.20 a mile. |
| Removals | £35 an hour, 2-hour minimum, +£1.20 a mile beyond 10 miles. Send a photo of the load for a fixed price. |
| Business courier | £35 minimum + £1.50 a mile, same day, one driver the whole way. |
| Waiting time | First 15 minutes free, then £10 per 15 minutes. Only really matters at terminals and airports. |

The fine print
Short, because it should be.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours, a £15 callout.
- Bags are photographed at collection and at delivery. Any damage claim goes through the goods-in-transit insurance.
- Waiting time: first 15 minutes free, then £10 per 15 minutes.
- No VAT — sole trader under the threshold. What you're quoted is what you pay.
- Bank payment or cash on completion. No deposits.
- Luggage and goods only. Nobody travels in the van.

Goods in transit insured up to £25,000 · Public liability £5,000,000 · Hire & reward courier cover · Fully comprehensive vehicle insurance.
